Request letter* to take the Language Evaluation Exam, addressed to the chair:

The letter should be endorsed by your program adviser.

Email the endorsed letter along with your Form 5 to <linguistics.upd@up.edu.ph> by 23 March 2026

The exam will be administered onsite from 9am to 12nn. Students should bring and present their UP ID on the day of the examination.
