Japanese and Korean for Kids and Teens

The Japanese and Korean for Kids and Teens Extramural Classes are offered this summer by the UP Department of Linguistics for kids and teens (ages 8 to 15) to learn Japanese or Korean while having fun. The classes cover the basics of the language (reading and writing of Japanese / Korean characters, greetings, self-introduction, basic sentence patterns) and provides a cultural aspect to learning the language.

The classes will meet on weekdays (Monday – Friday) from May 7 to 18, 2012 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at Palma Hall, University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City. Room assignment will be e-mailed upon completion of registration (i.e. submission of an accomplished registration form and a copy of the UP official receipt).

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Fill in the Online Registration Form at Japanese/Korean for Kids & Teens.
2. Download the 2012 Extramural Classes Payment Slip and pay the registration fee of Php 3,500 at the UP Diliman Cash Office (located on the 2nd floor of Virata Hall / UP ISSI).
3. Fax / e-mail a clear copy of the UP Official Receipt at 926 9887 or lingg@kssp.upd.edu.ph.
4. Wait for a verification e-mail for your slot confirmation and room assignment.
5. Bring writing materials and your original UP Official Receipt on your first day of class on May 7 (1-4pm).
