SCAM WARNING: Impersonation of UP Lingg faculty

Please be advised that the members of the UP Lingg faculty only communicate through their official UP Mail accounts (@up.edu.ph).

There have been reports of suspicious actors impersonating UP Lingg faculty through fake GMail/Google Chat accounts and requesting for money and sensitive information. Please be advised that UP Lingg faculty will not message for such topics. We urge individuals who have received or will receive similar messages to double-check the email addresses of these senders, and to report the instances of impersonation at our official email at linguistics.upd@up.edu.ph.
