Asst. Prof. Jay-Ar Igno is elected member of the Board of Trustees of the Philippine KOICA Fellows Association (PhilKOFA) for the year 2026-2027. The election was held last 11 October 2025 during PhilKOFA’s 24th Annual General Membership Meeting.

PhilKOFA is an association of fellows to KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency), a Korean cooperation agency working towards the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the realization of global social values. KOICA is engaged in a number of partnerships across public and private sectors.
