Prof. Aldrin Lee has been officially announced as the Editor-in-Chief (EIC) of the Philippine Journal of Linguistics (PJL). The PJL is the publication arm of the Linguistic Society of the Philippines (LSP) where Prof. Lee currently serves as its Immediate Past President. As EIC, he heads the editorial board of the PJL and presides over major editorial decisions and the release of the journal’s volumes.

Under Prof. Lee’s editorship, the PJL has published Volume 55 (2024) and an article under Volume 56 (2025). Included in Volume 55 are Asst. Prof. Noah Cruz‘ article entitled A Reexamination of the Functions and Classification of Hiligaynon and Tagalog Numerals and Instr. John Michael Vincent De Pano‘s Voice in Bugkalot/Eg̓ongot. The presently released article of Volume 55 is by Teaching Assoc. Katrina Joyce Jose‘s Comparative Analysis of Pronominal Clitic Ordering in Three Western Bisayan Languages – Cuyonon, Akeanon, and Kinaray-a.
