BA Ling student Patricia Nicole Monderin was one of the participants in the recently concluded leadership training seminar held during the Kamenori College 2022 Summer Program. Sixteen (16) students from all over Japan and four (4) international students from Asia and Oceania were invited to participate in the all-expenses-paid program after a rigorous selection process. The seminar, which was hosted by The Kamenori Foundation, ran from August 30 to September 2, 2022 at the Lectore Hayama Training Institute in Kanagawa, Japan.
Kamenori College 2022 Summer Program aims to develop the participants’ skills in active and effective communication on the global stage. It also aims to foster intercultural exchanges between Japan and other countries in Asia and the Oceania region. The program also invited notable speakers from the International Christian University, Global View Japan, and Project Adventure Japan to share insights on what it means to become a global leader.
After the four-day event, participants also went on a one-day tour around scenic spots in Tokyo to learn more about Japanese culture.
Congratulations, Patricia!
