Assoc. Prof. Tuting Hernandez‘s co-edited book, the second edition of “Readings on Bikol Culture,” was launched last 16 August by the University of Nueva Caceres (UNC). This edition is an answer to the editors of the 1972 edition‘s challenge for more and deeper works related to the subject.
The 2024 edition contains annotations and reprints of the original features, while having additional articles on history, translation, and folktales. Hernandez also wrote the article, “The Languages and Dialects of Kabikolan,” added in this version.
