Japanese language lecturer Lean Akiko Sunga (BA Ling, 2016) has been selected to be one of the trainees of Japan Foundation’s Basic Training Program for Teachers of the Japanese Language. Participants of this six month-long program, which will run from 29 August 2022 to 24 February 2023, will undergo intensive training to improve their Japanese language skills and teaching methodology. They will also get opportunities to deepen their knowledge of Japanese culture and society.
