Asst. Prof. Vincci Santiago is one of the guests in the 10th episode (“Buwan ng Wika”) of the Usapang Bayan show of the Municipality of Montalban released last 21 August. The episode focused on the entanglements between language, culture, and identity, and how these unite communities.
