Asst. Prof. Vincci Santiago‘s essay, “Ano ang Ibig Sabihin ng ‘Bigat’?” has been published in the “Virtual, Virtual, Viral, Seasonal, and Solitary – Writing the OPM Songs” e-book of the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP). Santiago’s work explores the literal and connotative meanings of the word bigat, and how it is often used in describing performances in several genres like rock and metal.
